IT’S ALL ABOUT TELLING A STORY.

Working in the video production industry for over a decade has given me a large variety of skills, and in that time I have had wonderful opportunities to tell many different stories.

Be it a documentary, feature, commercial, or corporate, there is always something to be said and a story to be told.

LOOK, AN EDIT.

Telling stories is my passion. it puts a new perspective on the world around you.

This example was a piece of content created to highlight the specifications and features of an updated product for Cat & Cloud.

This tool was designed with precision, and the video for it needed to feel just as good.

In this example, I document and share a very personal story about an experience I had while visiting coffee producers in Honduras.

My goal was to create an engaging story that captivated the audience while being true to the experience I had.

In 2025, I set out to make content that was helpful and that would ultimately improve the lives of others that were in a similar position. It was something that I was excited to do as I was finding my voice as a creator.

With this video, I wanted to share what it’s like to run the operations of a company from the point of view of the people who do the bulk of the work: the young leaders.

Here’s one example of work I did for The Drone Racing League. In this feature, I was able to tell a human story, which is rarely seen during the otherwise fast paced, competitive action of the show.

It was my intention to give a break to the viewer and shine a light on the human side of the pilots.

Short form content

In finding my voice, I became a fluid communicator who’s able to speak on a topic in a clear and concise way.

As I found my voice, I found my character – allowing me to speak honestly and from the heart.

Excited about the content I was creating, it was important to connect the dots from one platform to another.

LOOK, SOME GRAPHICS.

A little motion goes a long way

or a lot of it, whatever.

use movement to communicate.

Good communication is necessary. So we use our words and pictures to help share the ideas in our heads, but sometimes that’s not enough. That’s where movement comes in.

I love being able to bring things to life this way. The Possibilities literally are endless.

Sometimes you need to express things that you can’t film. That’s where motion graphics come in: pushing pixels to create a whole world, bring a brand to life, or simply show important information. In this example, I use variety of tools to do all of these things.

Give something a little motion, and suddenly everything changes

Graphics is more than just creating the whole image, it helps to convey information.

In these short product highlights, I used motion graphics to help inform guests about the most important information around new coffees that were going on sale at Cat & Cloud.

Ultimately, this quick, engaging video helped share the information in a much more natural way.

On some occasions you can just have fun.

This social post gets me every time I watch it.

CAPTURE IT.

Throughout my career, there have been many chances to step behind the lens and capture something. The opportunities to jump in and bring the subject into focus has made me very comfortable around the tools big and small.

Tools ranging in size from:

  • DSLR single camera shoots

  • Two camera interview Setups

  • Full kitted cinema cameras

create it.

Sometimes you need to show something that you can’t capture, and for that there are tools to create wonderful visuals.

These programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Element

  • Cinema 4D

Craft it.

You can capture and create all the pretty images in the world, but you will need to bring them together to make something greater than the sum of its parts.

Work as an Editor and Colorist has given me the opportunity to work with, and become proficient with, many tools of the trade, such as:

  • Final Cut Pro

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve
